I’m still not quite sure what to make of Luc Besson’s upcoming film The Family, but they’ve just released one last red band trailer before the movie hits theatres on Friday. On the one hand, it’s the first adult-oriented action flick that Besson has directed since probably the late ’90s, but on the other hand, it also looks like a broad, goofy comedy in the vein of Analyze This. Hey, I’d love to see Robert DeNiro return with a decent mob movie in a role that is age-appropriate, but even with Martin Scorsese on board as executive producer I’m not entirely convinced that this will be it. The Family co-stars Michelle Pfeiffer, Dianna Agron, John D’Leo and Tommy Lee Jones and it hits theatres on Sept. 13th. Check out the new trailer after the jump and see what you think.
