This Week on DVD and Blu-ray: Olympus Has Fallen, The Company You Keep, A Band Called Death

There isn’t a whole lot in the way of major releases on DVD and Blu-ray this week, but there are still quite a few smaller films that might be worth looking into. The biggest title hitting stores today is Antoine Fuqua’s Olympus Has Fallen, which beat Roland Emmerich’s White House Down to the punch and surprisingly managed to outgross it. Other new releases include Robert Redford’s The Company You Keep starring Shia LaBeouf, Emperor starring Matthew Fox and Tommy Lee Jones, The Big Wedding starring Robert DeNiro and Katherine Heigl. You might also want to keep an eye out for the acclaimed documentary A Band Called Death, the horror sequel Hatchet III, and Reality, the latest film from the director of Gomorrah. TV releases include the second seasons of both Girls and Enlightened, and on Blu-ray we’ve got Flashdance, Shaft, John Frankenheimer’s Seconds and The Nearly 35th Anniversary Edition of The Muppet Movie. What will you be picking up this week? Check out the full list of releases after the jump.
