Mark Wahlberg has come a long way since the days of Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch, now commanding respect as an A-list actor and savvy Hollywood producer. Although he is still mostly seen as an action star, Wahlberg now has two Oscar nominations under his belt and continues to push himself by taking on more ambitious projects. He has also demonstrated a knack for comedy over the years, particularly with Seth MacFarlane’s Ted which remains one of the highest grossing R-rated comedies of all time.
