Hey guys, just a reminder that Film Junk’s live pre-Oscar podcast will start today at approximately 5 pm EST and will be going until just before the Oscars officially start. We’ll be reviewing the latest Jackie Chan flick Chinese Zodiac (which is not nominated for an Oscar… go figure) and then talking about some of the nominees before taking questions from the chat room. The embed you see above should automatically switch over once we go live, but I believe you will have to click through to our Ustream channel if you want to participate in the chat (which will remain active during the Oscars).

Also, if you’d like to participate in the Film Junk Oscar Pool, I’ve set up a group over at Fun Office Pools. It’s free to join, so be sure to get your picks in before the show starts so that you can talk smack in the chat room. Oh, and yes, we will be recording the show and releasing it as a regular episode, although some of the Q&A from the chat room may not be included. I think that’s about it.
