When it was announced earlier this year that G.I. Joe: Retaliation would be pushed back to 2013, the official reason was that Paramount had decided to do a 3D conversion of the film. However, there was also some quiet speculation that they wanted to do reshoots in order to give Channing Tatum more involvement in the movie. This week a new trailer for the film has arrived online and it seems to confirm these suspicions, offering up a few glimpses of Duke after the Cobra attack that kills most of the other Joes. However, there isn’t a ton of other new footage on display here and I think the marketing is running the risk of getting a bit too repetitive. G.I. Joe: Retaliation hits theatres on March 29th; check out the trailer after the jump and see what you think.
