Yes, it’s true… this year’s Academy Awards now have their very own teaser trailer, and even more shocking, it’s actually kind of funny. (Well, except for that punchline, anyway.) The trailer was created with the help of the folks from Funny or Die, and it will even be screening in 2000 theatres starting this weekend. If you ask me, it’s a great way to raise awareness and hopefully connect with the younger audience that they’ve been having so much trouble attracting. I’m not sure that Megan Fox and Josh Duhamel are the coolest choices they could have made to star in it, but hey, at least Megan Fox barely has any lines.
