The Expendables 2 Teaser Trailer

Alright, now don’t get too excited… the first look at The Expendables 2 has arrived online courtesy of Apple today, but it really is just a teaser. There’s more time spent on an animated silver skull with knives coming out of it than there is on any real action. Still, it’s cool to see that Bruce Willis will take on a bigger role this time around, and after months of rumours we finally have visual proof that Chuck Norris and Jean-Claude Van Damme are actually in this film. The Expendables 2 is directed by Simon West and hits theatres on August 17th, 2012; check out the trailer after the jump and let us know what you think.



  • ‘Also Van Damme’. That’s the strangest credit. But this looks awesome. Hopefully Simon ‘Con Air’ West can deliver.

    Interest level way down, but man, Schwarzenegger back with a gun is quite the advertisement…

    You’re crazy, Henrik. Con Air is a 90’s classic! This years The Mechanic was also a pretty good action-thriller. While Lara Croft: Tomb Raider is absolute garbage, that’s hardly his fault, but more the entire concept.

    Seeing Arnie back with a gun in his hand is like seeing Harrison Ford putting the fedora back on. I guess its true that Donnie Yen is not in this one.
