After making a splash on Adult Swim with Tim and Eric Awesome Show, Great Job!, the very first live action show to crack the network’s line-up, Tim Heidecker and Eric Wareheim have been slowly building up a name for themselves with their surreal sketch comedy and seizure-inducing editing style. They have since directed a handful of music videos and short films (the most recent of which played at Sundance earlier this year), and Tim recently launched a podcast called On Cinema. Now the time has finally come for a feature-length Tim and Eric movie. Behold, the first teaser trailer for Tim and Eric’s Billion Dollar Movie!

Not much is known about the film, and the trailer really doesn’t reveal much in that regard. However, we do know that it is being produced by Will Ferrell and Adam McKay, and in addition to Tim and Eric, it also features appearances from Zach Galifianakis, Will Ferrell, Jeff Goldblum, John C. Reilly, Erica Durance and Will Forte. Magnolia Pictures will release Tim and Eric’s Billion Dollar Movie via VOD on January 27th and in select theatres on March 2nd.
