While Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner have been busy trying to shape their Twilight fame into a career that is slightly more respectable, Kellan Lutz (who plays Emmett Cullen) appears to be doing the exact opposite. He recently appeared as Poseidon in Immortals, but prior to that he starred in the direct-to-DVD film Arena starring Samuel L. Jackson. And now we have this… a sappy lacrosse-themed love story called A Warrior’s Heart that could make any Lifetime movie look like a surefire Oscar contender.

Believe me, I wouldn’t normally post something like this, but the trailer looks so horrid that you really have to see it to believe it. I mean, not only does it include a quick history lesson about Native Americans playing lacrosse, but it also has no problem throwing the Iraq War into the mix as well. At the very least, it looks like it will be worth watching just for the homoerotic undertones. A Warrior’s Heart co-stars Ashley Greene and Adam Beach and hits select theatres on Dec. 2nd; check out this must-see trailer after the jump.
