  • Why does Greg have to ask to be on the DVD podcast?

  • kyri

    333 is my favorite number!

  • Pres Mony

You guys are awesome, thanks again.

  • Pres Mony

Oh, and “Wipe it til it Bleeds”, nod to Jay? Nice.

  • swarez

Regarding the Troll designs. They are designed after classic drawings from old stories in Norway. Of course it works better in Scandinavia than the rest of the world.

  • I’m already 10 minutes deep into the episode and Greg is cracking me up. Beavertail, Chicken balls, and White Chocolate.

By the way, did you know that Super Dave Osborne is played by Bob Einstein, who plays Marty Funkhauser on Curb Your Enthusiasm, is 70 years old, and is Albert Brooks’s brother? That blew my mind when I first found out. And Albert Brooks changed his last name because it would have been Albert Einstein.

  • Greg, sausage gravy is gross, and I live in Ohio. I’ll take my gravy brown and on fries with cheese.

  • Speaking of hyped up genre festival pictures, you guys should check out or review Dale and Tucker vs Evil. It actually deserves the hype, its a fun film even without a crowd.

  • bard

Frank, Tony Romo will do you good this season, I can feel it!

  • kyri

not that anyone cares but Jon Favreau mentioned in the commentary of ironman2 that most Mickey Rurk shots were edited out because he didn’t like them. He didn’t like the parrot either at the moment but Rurk then he changed his mind or smthng.
oh..Did you know that Jon Favreau actually insisted on including that brutal “party” scene?
    ..go figure.

  • bard

Greg, my question had good timing. The game tomorrow night is the Cowboys versus the Dolphins.

  • projectgenesis

Hi Canadian Friends. What are “Joe Louie’s” ?

  • KeithTalent

Damn, can’t believe Greg ate a Luther! I’ve always wanted to try one, but they are nowhere to be found out West here. It sounds like the PNE food does not even come close to comparing to the CNE food. So sad.

  • Steve Kasan

Greg, do you know what happened to the wrestling themed show HBO was going to do based around the McMahons?
As for this pilot Bruckheimer and Rock are doing, it depends on the tone. Is it going to be comedic to add to their thursday line-up, or, a 1 hour dramedy?

  • Steve Kasan

    @KeithTalent, haha, nice Boondocks reference

  • Greg

@rjdelight: Since Frank has been kind enough to let us record at his house, he asked to have veto power on whether I can be on the show each and every week. Sean and Jay didn’t have much choice so they agreed. Now, I have to ask Frank if I can be on the show. We’ll have to wait and see what he says.

@Jason: Sausage gravy should be outlawed.

@Bard: Indeed it did. Go Fins.

@Steve: Shit…I forgot all about that. I have no idea.

Who cares about the FAKE NFL..
Liverpool has an awesome team this year. We play AMAZING football and WE WILL WIN the league title.
    You will see.

Saturday 15th October 2011 12:45 (london time) 7:45 Ny time

You will wake up, go to work and enjoy our team from the gigantic TV in your store while drinking a cup of tea.

    It will be amazing.

  • Dave

Frank should look into a an Andy Kaufman DVD called Andy Kaufman: The Midnight Special where he hosts a comedy variety show in the mid/late 70s. The special includes wrestling footage, Andy working at Jerry’s Deli in Hollywood, his famous Elvis impression and the best part, Andy (and clearly not Bob Zmuda) playing Tony Clifton. They edit the footage to make it look like Andy is in the audience watching and enjoying himself playing Tony Clifton. Definitely a buy!

  • As a Miami native, I think it’s pretty awesome that Greg (and Jay) is a Fins Fan!

And Greg, being more or less the same age as you, I too remember that tragic 84 Super Bowl as one of my first football memories. I thought for sure Marino and the great Mark Brothers (Super Duper and Clayton) would kick Montana’s narrow ass right back to Cali. Sad time all around, but I stuck by my hometown team.

Kudos to you, good sir, for having the loyalty to continue to cheer for them. I, for one, welcome my fellow fans from the Great White North! :D

  • KeithTalent

So when is the first episode of Ball Junk? I have my third fantasy football draft tonight, so if you could get it up today I’d appreciate it. Thanks.

  • bard

Thank God that was a preseason game with 2nd and 3rd string players. That was embarassing.
