As an aside, I think the real intersting story is what will become of his illegitimate son. Here’s a story that is the stuff of family epics… the well-fed and fortunate legitimate kids latch onto the old man’s name while the bastard (in the nicest sense of the word) tries hard to prove himself worthy of his heritage.

Can you imagine being Arnold’s child? This guy is the Self Made Man writ large across the sky… few can claim such an exalted career(s) from such a humble background. I see pictures of his chubby younger son (well, “youngest” is correct technically) and I have to wonder what he’ll think when he looks in the mirror in ten years. Will it be “I can be like Dad and it’s time to hit the iron” or “Screw it… life is GOOD”?

Forgive me for saying this, but I think this is the start of a fascinating chapter in the life of the Austrain Oak. I don’t condone his cheating, but what the guy has achieved in his life is remarkable and I expect the pendulum to swing as far in the opposite direction and provide the masses with a bit of scandal.
