This Week on DVD: Black Swan, Tangled, IMAX: Hubble

Overall, a pretty solid week for new releases on DVD and Blu-ray led by Darren Aronofsky’s Black Swan, which finally hits stores amidst a minor controversy. Other major titles include Disney’s CG-animated film Tangled, All Good Things starring Ryan Gosling and Kirsten Dunst, and Doug Liman’s political thriller Fair Game starring Sean Penn and Naomi Watts. There’s also a handful of decent non-fiction releases include IMAX: Hubble, Ondi Timoner’s Cool It, and Adrian Grenier’s fascinating yet flawed Teenage Paparazzo, plus in the TV department we have Season 4 of Mad Men and the first season of HBO’s Treme from The Wire creator David Simon. If that’s not enough, catch up on some classics in high-def like The Ten Commandments, Teen Wolf and the Scream trilogy. Check out the full list of new releases after the jump.

“Black Swan” stars of course Natalie Portman as evident by your putting up her poster portrait. But “Fair Game” is starring Naomi Watts, and Sean Penn. Watts is no less lead than Portman in their respective movie. No wonder Watts is called the perpetual slighted and snubbed actress of Hollywood.
