For a month ago i was just like u. I had not cared about the franchise, and had not seen any of the films at any point. Then I saw the whole franchise with my Potter-fan brother. Even though i didn’t like most of them that much, it was still worthy entertainment. I know the same crowd that likes Transformers or fucking A-Team likes this, but i don’t think that changes the fact that it is a bit better than the average Hollywood-film out ther (again, its not that great, but its enjoyable, and i’m not bored by all the annoying CGI).
To be honest, i only really liked The Prison From the Alcatraz best. Who knows why I have this sudden facination of the series (i still hate the fans and the hype its got. But it’s much better than the 10 years i have spent dismissing it in my head). I really can’t think of any good fantasy films coming out that often. The last that did was The Fall, and the last before that The Lord of The Rings.
