Tarsem Singh (The Cell, The Fall) will direct an action fantasy based on Greek mythology starring Henry Cavill (The Tudors) and Freida Pinto (Slumdog Millionaire).

    if you havent seen the Fall its def. worth seeing, one of the first blu -rays I bought. Gorgeous. I love the story too but not everyone does, it messes with structure a lot.

    Tarsem is a great director. I personally loved the fall especially the third act which seems to come out of nowhere. According to Nikki Finke Mickey Rourke is also negotiate for a role in War of Gods. I’m excited to see what Tarsem can do with a sizable budget.

    Sound’s like a fun concept to me. At least it’s not zombies and vampires.

    And with a cast like Caviezel and Pinto, sounds like the characters can pass as adult Greeks and not genero teens vomited forth from Hollywood cloning chamber.
