There’s not much out this weekend that will threaten Martin Scorsese’s Shutter Island, a movie that’s been heavily anticipated, heavily promoted, and seems to be getting decent (although not completely outstanding) reviews. Only a few smaller releases hit select theatres, including Roman Polanski’s new thriller The Ghost Writer starring Ewan McGregor and Pierce Brosnan, and Happy Tears, a new drama starring Demi Moore from the director of Teeth. Also in limited release we have the romantic comedy The Good Guy and a Celine Dion tour documentary. What will you be watching this weekend?
