Film Junk Weekend Wrap-Up: Tim Robbins in Iron Man 2, The Great Gatsby, The Phantom Sequel

The snow is falling and Christmas is almost here, so we can probably expect the movie news to drop off over the next week or so. Still, there were some interesting stories to come out over the past 7 days including a new movie based on The Crow, and Rob Zombie officially signing on for Halloween 2. We also heard mention of some new projects for Baz Luhrmann, Barry Sonnenfeld and Gore Verbinski, and James Cameron showed interest in something other than his upcoming Avatar project. Unfortunately, I’m saddened to report that John Stamos’ Full House remake is already dead in the water. Maybe next time Uncle Jesse.
