Some of this camera work alone will give u the creeps. it will be nice to see a film of his with a great deal of sespence. there hasn’t been a film of his i havn’t like since i saw george wash. when i was 16. I loved how he shot halifax and darthmoth in Snow Angles. Being from Nova Scotia which i think has everything to offer film makes. In scenery and the sheer beauty of the sea

Hadn’t read (or even heard of) Freaks of Heartland. Funny how there are plenty of great comics writers that have never had a work put to screen; but there are a handful that get an adaption and suddenly all of their portfolio is optioned. Other more prolific creators are left w/o one single adaption!

I’m going to try and overhaul how some of the ads are being shown on the site… there’s too much full motion video stuff at the moment and I don’t have a lot of control over it other than to reject them as they show up.

don’t know what it is, but for the past day or so Filmjunk has been crashing my internet explorer after like 60 seconds of loading it…just this site too…wondering if anyone else was having this problem?
