Goyer is a fun writer but he is a terrrrrible director. I was so pissed when I walked out of Blade: Trinity and I saw if for free. There are very few times I’ve been pissed off by a movie and it makes Spider-man 3 seem like a good 3rd installment in comparison! Ytf do they still let him direct!

As for the next Batman: They need to slap some age makeup on Bale and do Frank Miller’s The Dark Knight Returns graphic novel. It’s easily the best superhero story of all time and this is from a man with thousands of dollars worth of comics. The only problem with that is that they would have to cut the Joker out but that only makes adapting it easier. This is the only way I can imagine Nolan could beat The Dark Knight.
