Really clever. I wish these types of things were before every comedy.

It was a decent movie overall, IMO. Good enough to get out of the house.

I don’t know if mentioning these are spoilers, but I really liked the fake trailers, trip mine scene and girl-back-home scene. The look of this movie annoyed the hell out of me. Maybe it was the cinematography or the filming locations. It never felt like they were in Vietnam. Shows like Man vs. Wild are more visceral than this without even trying.

I wish we had a drive-in… I’ve never had the experience. There used to be one around here in Detroit, but it went out of business before I was old enough to go.
