Zhang Yimou is my favourite director. Two of his films, “Hero” and “The Road Home,” are in my top 10 list of favourite films. If anyone ever wants to know what love is, I recommend “The Road Home.”

You know, my heritage is Chinese, but I really don’t know if that has influenced me in liking his films. I never really started watching Chinese films until I was in my mid 30s.
