I believe a Runaways movie would be great but do you think they are moving a little fast. Marvel is not very good a making cartoons let alone movies and I don't want to see the runaways get discontinued because they screw up the story. Besides. Who could you really find to play the runaways the way they were meant to be portrayed. The story would be the real problem. How do you plan to make the Runaways movie story line without
1)The fillers.
2)Other super heroes.
Without them the runaways story would be all drama and no action and I absolutely won't spend my hard earned money on a b@#$% fest. It could turn out to be another Ironman or worst the Fantastic Four.

I much lke the Runaways series and, while it'd not on the Top of my must see list, I would enjoys a movie related to the series alot.

The main quetion being...How do you make a movie not too "corny soap opera" and too filled with reasons and such when each character has powers for such different reasons? (alien...witch...prodedgy...mutant...ect) Will the Runaways movie have to use the plot lines of other Marvel plotlines just for it to make sense?

Or will they have to change the plot line altogether?

I guess we'll just have to wait and see...and yes, I will go see it.

I've been wanting to catch up on Runaways for the longest time, but just haven't found the time for it yet. I quite like the works of Brian K. Vaughn, but at the moment, mainly because I know just about nothing about the book or it's characters, I'm not really anticipating this film's release. We'll see.
