This might be cool. Though I just watched the Christmas special for Extras and though I enjoyed it there is something to be said for leaving a show with the ending that it had.

I’ve been an arrested development fan since day 1 and I will surely be the first in line if they do come out with a movie. However, I have a feeling the movie will flop if it does come out, if they couldnt get enough people to watch the show I dont see why they will get enough enough to watch the movie, besides I dont think the show lends itself well to movie material.

I was one of those who discovered Arrested Development on DVD a few years after its original run. It didn’t take long to get sucked in. I wound up watching the three seasons consecutively. I think it’s ripe for a theatrical release provided the entire cast comes back.

This is a really exciting prospect. I’d love to see a movie or three with this cast not unlike the way that Futurama is now releasing feature length movies.
