This is not to say that I think Wiseman was a great choice, but he’s certainly better than Ratner in my mind.

As far as the Assault On Precint 13 remake, I quite liked it. It was very similar in tone and plot to the original, but with a new twist on the events. Also Ethan Hawke and Lawrence Fishburne were both good in it. As far as action movies go, I’d say it’s worth giving it a watch.
