Jason Reitman’s Juno Trailer Online

I was pretty impressed with Jason Reitman’s directorial debut Thank You For Smoking, so you can bet I’ve been anticipating his follow-up flick Juno for a while now. Of course, up until a few weeks ago I didn’t really know anything about it, but upon learning that the movie stars Michael Cera, Ellen Page, Jason Bateman, Jennifer Garner, J.K. Simmons and Rainn Wilson, I was pretty much sold (even if it seems like a little bit of a rehash of Judd Apatow’s Knocked Up). The movie puts a slightly different spin on the whole unplanned pregnancy situation: when teenaged Juno finds herself preggers and lacking a committed boyfriend, she takes that third option that no one ever thinks about: adoption. After finding a quirky suburban couple (Garner and Bateman) who are eager to adopt her unborn child, she has to decide if this is something she really wants to go through with. Greg happened to catch the movie at the Toronto Film Festival last week and enjoyed it quite a bit. After seeing the trailer, I am pretty psyched as well. Juno hits select theatres on December 14th, 2007.
