With the recent announcement that The Simpsons animated movie is finally in production, a lot of people are wondering if they’ll see a Family Guy feature film in the near future as well. This was the original plan before Fox decided to put the entire show back on the air again, and rumours persisted that a feature length movie was actually created at the time, with plans to release it direct-to-DVD. Now we have confirmation that this was, in fact, the case. On September 27th, prepare yourself for “Family Guy Presents Stewie Griffin: The Untold Story”, an animated Family Guy movie coming straight to DVD. It is (of course!) a road trip movie with baby Stewie on a quest to find his real father. Not much else is known about the movie so far, but it will be released unrated and uncensored, and will also include an audio commentary track, deleted scenes, and behind the scenes footage.
