Gringo Trailer Starring David Oyelowo and Charlize Theron

Joel Edgerton’s brother Nash has spent most of his career working as a stuntman and stunt coordinator, but back in 2008 he directed the thriller The Square, which Joel co-wrote and starred in. Now the two brothers are teaming up again as Nash heads back behind the camera for a dark comedic thriller called Gringo. The movie stars David Oyelowo as a businessman who finds himself kidnapped in Mexico after his colleagues attempt to double cross the drug cartels. With a supporting cast that includes Charlize Theron, Amanda Seyfried, Thandie Newton, Sharlto Copley and, of course, Joel Edgerton, this looks pretty goofy in places but it also looks to have some decent action as well. Gringo hits theatres on March 9th; check out the red band and green band trailers after the jump and see what you think.
