Doug Liman has been attached to quite a few big projects over the past year or so including Channing Tatum’s Gambit movie (which he eventually dropped in favour of Justice League Dark), YA adaptation Chaos Walking starring Daisy Ridley, and a handful of Tom Cruise movies including drug trade thriller American Made (formerly known as Mena), sci-fi actioner Luna Park, and (potentially) Edge of Tomorrow 2. In between developing all of those films, he found time to make a relatively small scale thriller called The Wall, about two American soldiers who end up in a tense cat and mouse game with an Iraqi sniper. The movie appears to take place entirely in a single location, which always seems to be the calling card of a Black List script (as this one is). The Wall is produced by Amazon Studios and it stars Aaron Taylor-Johnson and John Cena. Look for it in theatres on March 10th; check out the trailer after the jump.
