    That was one of the best World Series finishes ever…and the defense/pitching was horrible. Everyone was running on fumes.

    Maddon should have stuck with his original pitching plan instead of pulling Hendricks so soon; Hendricks rallied after Baez made those two errors and he can field while Lester refuses to touch the ball after throwing it. Chapman looked so exhausted and I felt bad Maddon put him in the game.

    That was an AMAZING game and I’m still grinning just thinking about it.

    Love the predictions Frank, nothing would make me happier than the Warriors missing the Finals altogether. Curry and Green are in my opinion the two most unbearable players in the league, however good they may be. I do think it might be the Pelicans at the bottom though, and not the Kings. Thanks for the episode!

    I’m a huge Maddon fan, being a lifelong fan of the Angels, but he made quite a few questionable decisions in Game 7, as well as pitching Chapman in Game 6 with a 5-run lead.

    Pulling Hendricks was a mistake, I agree, pulling Lester when he did, I felt was a mistake as well. I felt Lester should have finished that inning and Chapman should have came in to simply pitch the 9th. Calling a squeeze play with 2 strikes in the 9th inning was too big a risk to take. Luckily the Cubs still got the win but not Maddon’s greatest managed game.
