New to Theatres This Weekend: Jack Reacher: Never Go Back, Ouija: Origin of Evil, Boo! A Madea Halloween

moviesmadeahalloween

We’ve got four new movies in wide release this weekend along with some decent indie options as well, which should get people out to theatres after a couple of relatively quiet weeks. The biggest release is Jack Reacher: Never Go Back, the second entry in the Tom Cruise franchise based on the popular book series by Lee Child, but we’ve also got a couple of Halloween-themed sequels that could give it a run for its money: Ouija: Origin of Evil and Boo! A Madea Halloween. The other major release is the spy comedy Keeping Up with the Joneses, which is not tracking well despite a decent cast that includes Zach Galifianakis, Isla Fisher, Gal Gadot and Jon Hamm. In select theatres, we also have Rob Zombie’s 31, Chan-wook Park’s The Handmaiden and Ti West’s In a Valley of Violence, plus the acclaimed drama Moonlight and Ewan McGregor’s directorial debut American Pastoral. What will you be watching this weekend?
