Black Mirror Season 3 Trailer


The wait is almost over! The third season of Black Mirror is set to debut on Netflix later this month and now we’ve got an official trailer to simultaneously intrigue us and creep us out. Created by Charlie Brooker, the show is a modern day Twilight Zone that examines our relationship with technology in terrifying ways. As per usual, the new season consists of six episodes, this time around directed by the likes of Joe Wright (Hanna), Dan Trachtenberg (10 Cloverfield Lane) and James Watkins (The Woman in Black) with cast members that include Bryce Dallas Howard, Kelly MacDonald, Wyatt Russell and Alice Eve. Some of the subjects that will be tackled this season include video games, social media and drone warfare, among other things. Are you ready to gaze into the Black Mirror once more?     Hey Sean, speaking of dark TV-anthologies that deal with technology, have you checked out Darknet. Produced and written by Vincenzo Natali and shot in Toronto. Impending 2nd season may never come out though. Also it’s Canadian Netflix license runs out Oct 24. Really good watch.

    I saw two of the episodes at TIFF. The Mackenzie Davis and Gugu Mbatha-Raw one I think ranks as one of their best. The one written by Rashida Jones is hilarious but really tries to overdue it by telling you what the themes are.
