Doctor Strange Trailer #2

doctorstrangetrailer2

The Warner Brothers panel seems like it was a tough act to follow at Comic-Con this year, but Marvel apparently did their best by showing off footage from Doctor Strange, Spider-Man: Homecoming and Thor: Ragnarok in addition to finally confirming Brie Larson as Captain Marvel. However, the only bit of this footage that they have released to the public (so far) is a brand new trailer for Doctor Strange. It continues to set the movie apart as something unique in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, although the mindbending imagery still feels a little bit derivative of Christopher Nolan’s Inception for better or worse. Doctor Strange stars Benedict Cumberbatch, Tilda Swinton, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Benedict Wong and Rachel McAdams and it hits theatres on Nov. 4th; check out the new trailer after the jump and let us know what you think.

The trailers just aren’t getting me excited but I love origin stories and the cast is great so hopefully it’s just superhero fatigue.

You can bend time and space… but need a Wi-Fi password. Makes sense.

This looks bad. Noisy and I’ve no idea what’s supposed to be the idea. All these Marvel trailers are mad vague, super generic. FX look cool though. Was that Rutger Hauer for a second? If so, then I take back what I said, I’ll see anything with him.
