New on Netflix: Jessica Jones, W/ Bob and David, The Wolfpack

netflixjessicajones

Marvel’s Jessica Jones arrives on Netflix this weekend where it will try to continue the success they had with Daredevil earlier this year. That’s not the only new original series, however; they’ve also added the new Mr. Show sketch comedy revival W/ Bob and David. Other new titles in both the Canada and U.S. include the Barry Crimmins documentary Call Me Lucky and the feminist superhero art film Felt. Canadians also get the first three seasons of Comedy Bang! Bang! and the Veronica Mars movie, while Americans get a handful of docs including The Wolfpack, Dark Star: H.R. Giger’s World, and Soaked in Bleach plus the indie dramedy People, Places, Things starring Jemaine Clement. Will you be adding anything to your queue? do you know when the Daredevil netflix series will be released on dvd/bluray?

  • Sean

I’m guessing it will be around when season 2 is about to premiere.

  • yonato

Krysten Ritter is such a peach.

  • ReelJunkie

I was really hoping you guys did a season review of Daredevil. Hope that happens with Jessica Jones.

  • Sean

I don’t think that will happen unfortunately. There is just not enough time to watch all of these TV shows.

  • ReelJunkie

I thought since its all part of the MCU you guys would follow along but fair enough.

  • Sean

Don’t get me wrong, I want to see it. I’m actually more interested in this than Daredevil. Will do my best to at least check it out and offer some thoughts if possible.

  • ReelJunkie

You guys do a lot with the weekly shows as it is, so I totally get it. Take your time :)

  • Sean

Haha thanks. I need like a month just to catch up on everything.

  • Deven Science

My add to the queue this month is The Wolfpack.

By far one of the best docs of the year.
